كيف تحذف حسابك وبياناتك في تطبيق Day1T1

الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (فورية)

  1. افتح تطبيق Day1T1.
  2. اذهب إلى الإعدادات (رمز الترس أعلى الشاشة الرئيسية).
  3. انزل إلى قسم الحساب.
  4. اضغط «حذف الحساب والبيانات» ثم أكّد.

يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من الجهاز ومن الخادم نهائيًا، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

الطريقة الثانية — عبر البريد

أرسل رسالة إلى support@day1t1.com من البريد المسجّل به حسابك بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، وسننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.

حذف بيانات دون حذف الحساب

لست مضطرًا إلى حذف حسابك كي تحذف بيانات منه. يمكنك حذف أي سجلّ في أي وقت، ويُمحى من الجهاز ومن نسختك السحابية معًا:

  1. افتح تطبيق Day1T1.
  2. اذهب إلى السجلّ واختر اليوم الذي يحوي السجلّ.
  3. اضغط أيقونة سلة المهملات بجوار السجلّ (قراءة سكر، وجبة، جرعة، تمرين، هبوط) ثم أكّد الحذف.
  4. يُحذف فورًا من الجهاز، وتُحدَّث نسختك السحابية خلال دقيقة فيختفي من أجهزتك الأخرى كذلك ولا يعود.

أو أرسل إلى support@day1t1.com محدِّدًا ما تريد حذفه، وننفّذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى.

How to delete your Day1T1 account and data

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

  1. Open the Day1T1 app.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon at the top of the home screen).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap "Delete account & data" and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and all your data from both the device and the server. It cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

Email support@day1t1.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete account". We complete requests within 30 days at most.

What is deleted and what is kept?

Deleting data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account in order to delete data from it. You can remove any record at any time, and it is erased from the device and from your cloud copy together:

  1. Open the Day1T1 app.
  2. Go to Log and select the day containing the record.
  3. Tap the trash icon next to the record (glucose reading, meal, dose, exercise, hypo) and confirm.
  4. It is deleted from the device immediately, and your cloud copy is updated within a minute, so it disappears from your other devices too and does not come back.

Or email support@day1t1.com stating what you want deleted, and we complete the request within 30 days at most.
