باستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق على ما يلي
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين Day1T1. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
⚠️ الأهمّ قبل أي شيء آخر
Day1T1 أداة تثقيفية واسترشادية، وليس جهازاً طبياً. لا يشخّص مرضاً ولا يعالجه ولا يمنع حدوثه، ولا يصف دواءً ولا جرعة.
كل ما يعرضه التطبيق — بما فيه أي حساب لجرعة أو تقدير كربوهيدرات أو تقييم خطورة — اقتراحٌ لمساعدتك على التفكير، لا قرارٌ تتّبعه. القرار العلاجي لطبيبك وحده، والمسؤولية عن أي جرعة تأخذها تقع عليك وعلى فريقك الطبي.
لا تُغيّر خطتك العلاجية بناءً على هذا التطبيق دون طبيبك. وفي حالات الطوارئ — هبوط شديد، أعراض حُماض كيتوني، فقدان وعي — اتّصل بالإسعاف فوراً ولا تنتظر التطبيق.
حدود ما نَعِد به
- الأرقام تقديرية. تقدير الكربوهيدرات من صورة أو وصف يعتمد على نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي قد يخطئ. راجع الرقم قبل أن تبني عليه جرعة.
- مؤشرات مثل «السكر التراكمي التقديري» و«الوقت في النطاق» مشتقّة من قياسات الوخز التي تُدخلها أنت، لا من حسّاس مستمرّ، فدقّتها أقلّ ولا تُعامَل معاملة نتيجة معملية.
- التذكيرات والتنبيهات قد لا تصل. أنظمة الهواتف قد توقف التطبيق في الخلفية، وقد ينقطع الإنترنت. اعتبرها مساعدةً إضافية لا شبكة أمان.
- تنبيه الهبوط الذي يصل مرافقيك مُكمِّل لمنبّهك أنت، لا بديل عنه. قد لا يصل لأسباب خارجة عن سيطرتنا، ولا نَعِد بوصوله.
حسابك ومسؤوليتك
- تُقرّ بأن عمرك ١٦ سنة أو أكثر. إن كنت أصغر فاستخدم التطبيق تحت إشراف وليّ أمرك وبموافقته.
- البيانات التي تُدخلها مسؤوليتك، ودقّة ما يعرضه التطبيق تتبع دقّة ما أدخلته.
- لا تشارك حسابك مع غيرك. ورمز دعوة المرافق يمنح من يستعمله رؤية حالتك — فلا تنشره إلا لمن تثق به.
- يُمنع استخدام التطبيق لتقديم مشورة طبية للآخرين، أو لأي غرض مخالف للقانون.
الاشتراكات والدفع
- الاشتراك يُدار عبر المتجر الذي نزّلت منه التطبيق — Google Play أو App Store — ويُجدَّد تلقائياً حتى تُلغيه من إعدادات الاشتراكات في ذلك المتجر على جهازك.
- الميزات المجانية — بما فيها حاسبة الجرعة الاسترشادية وتسجيل الهبوط والتذكيرات — تبقى مجانية. الاشتراك يفتح ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقارير المتقدّمة.
- الاسترداد يخضع لسياسة المتجر الذي اشتريت منه. تواصل معنا على بريد الدعم إن واجهتك مشكلة.
بياناتك
ما نجمعه وكيف نحفظه ولكم من الوقت موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط. يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
توقّف الخدمة والتعديلات
- قد نضيف ميزات أو نعدّلها أو نوقفها. وإن أوقفنا الخدمة نهائياً فسنُخطرك مسبقاً بوقت كافٍ لتصدير بياناتك.
- قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل موافقةٌ عليه.
- يجوز لنا إيقاف حساب يُستخدم بما يخالف هذه الشروط أو يضرّ بمستخدمين آخرين.
حدود المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي ضرر ناتج عن الاعتماد على معلومة فيه بدل استشارة طبيبك، أو عن عدم وصول تذكير أو تنبيه. لا يحدّ هذا من أي حقٍّ لك لا يجوز التنازل عنه قانوناً.
القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط للقانون المصري، وتختصّ محاكم مصر بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها — دون إخلال بحقوق المستهلك في بلد إقامتك.

These terms are an agreement between you and Day1T1. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.
⚠️ The most important part, before anything else
Day1T1 is an educational and advisory tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease, and it does not prescribe a medication or a dose.
Everything the app shows — including any dose calculation, carb estimate, or risk assessment — is a suggestion to help you think, not a decision to follow. Treatment decisions belong to your doctor alone, and responsibility for any dose you take rests with you and your medical team.
Do not change your treatment plan based on this app without your doctor. In an emergency — a severe low, symptoms of ketoacidosis, loss of consciousness — call emergency services immediately and do not wait for the app.
The limits of what we promise
- The numbers are estimates. Carb estimation from a photo or description relies on an AI model that can be wrong. Check the number before building a dose on it.
- Metrics such as "estimated A1c" and "time in range" are derived from the fingerstick readings you enter, not from a continuous sensor. They are less precise and must not be treated as a lab result.
- Reminders and alerts may not arrive. Phone systems can stop apps running in the background, and connections drop. Treat them as extra help, not a safety net.
- The low-glucose alert your guardians receive complements your own alarm; it does not replace it. It may fail to arrive for reasons outside our control, and we do not promise delivery.
Your account and your responsibility
- You confirm that you are 16 or older. If you are younger, use the app under the supervision and with the consent of your parent or guardian.
- The data you enter is your responsibility, and the accuracy of what the app shows follows the accuracy of what you entered.
- Do not share your account. A guardian invite code lets whoever uses it see your status — share it only with someone you trust.
- You may not use the app to give medical advice to others, or for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions are handled by the store you installed the app from — Google Play or the App Store — and renew automatically until you cancel them in that store's subscription settings on your device.
- The free features — including the advisory dose calculator, hypo logging, and reminders — remain free. A subscription unlocks AI features and advanced reports.
- Refunds follow the policy of the store you purchased from. Contact our support email if you run into a problem.
Your data
What we collect, how we store it, and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can delete your account and all your data at any time from inside the app.
Changes and discontinuation
- We may add, change, or withdraw features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you enough notice to export your data first.
- We may update these terms; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
- We may suspend an account used in breach of these terms or in a way that harms other users.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm arising from relying on information in the app instead of consulting your doctor, or from a reminder or alert failing to arrive. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be waived by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — without prejudice to consumer rights in your country of residence.
